Exchange & Return Policy – DRESSCODE

1. Countries Covered
This policy applies to the following countries: Belarus, Slovakia, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, and Romania.

2. Return and Exchange Period
You may return or exchange items within 7 days of receiving your order. This applies to both defective and non-defective products.

3. Conditions for Return/Exchange

Items must be new or slightly used

Products must be in perfect condition

Must include original packaging and labels (if available)

4. Valid Reasons for Return/Exchange

Wrong item delivered

Damaged or defective item

Missing item

Item doesn’t fit or meet expectations

Change of mind (right of withdrawal)

You may return items using one of the following options:

By mail

At a drop-off location

In-store return (if applicable)

6. Return Shipping Fees

Returns are free of charge

A return label will be provided via email for download and print

No restocking fees apply

7. Return & Exchange Process

Send an email to support@dresscodshop.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange

You will receive a confirmation and return instructions

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange or issue a refund via your original payment method

8. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
