The product must be in new or lightly used condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
The item must include all original tags and packaging.
Process:
Email support@dresscodshop.com with your order number and reason for the refund.
We will review your request and send you a free downloadable return label.
After receiving and inspecting the item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund Timelines:
Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days
PayPal: Up to 5 business days
Bank Transfer: Up to 7 business days
We do not charge restocking or handling fees.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault of ours (e.g., damaged or wrong item).
